• 5–8 min walk to both Clapham Common & Clapham North tube stations, plus Clapham High Street Overground nearby (Crystal Roof)
• Surrounded by great pubs, cafés, restaurants & brunch spots around Clapham High Street and the Old Town
• Walking distance to Clapham Common
• Big Tesco, Sainsbury’s Local, gyms, cafés and loads of handy shops all close by
• Really well connected with Northern line, Overground and loads of bus routes nearby (Moovit)
✨ About us:
We’re 2 girls and 2 guys aged 26–28 working in finance & consulting. We’re sociable, easy-going and looking to create a genuinely nice home vibe — pub trips, dinners, drinks in the courtyard etc — while still respecting each other’s downtime.
Definitely not a wild party house during the week, but we do enjoy the weekend drinks 🍻
We’re clean & tidy without being intense about it.
We’re hoping to put an offer on the house next week, so keen to meet someone ASAP and bring them along for a viewing.
