Clapham South Double Bedroom in Large Flat

Jack and Liv here. We have recently moved into a beautiful flat in Clapham South / Abbeville Village and looking for a lodger for the second bedroom.

Large and spacious double bedroom, with ottoman bed, large wardrobe, drawers and space for a desk. The room is £1200 per month plus share of bills.

The flat has a large kitchen, lounge / diner and two bathrooms. Washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher etc.

Abbeville Village: shops restaurants, boutiques and wine bars/coffee shops etc.

Clapham South Tube 5 - 10 mins walk.
Balham / Clapham Common 15 - 20 mins walk.

Direct access to communal gardens at back. Off road parking.

Bit about us:

We are both 27 and grew up local to South London / Surrey. We both have pretty full on jobs. Jack works shift work for a fashion company and is doing a masters and Liv works in the NHS (mostly WFH).

We enjoy gigs, travelling, cooking! Liv loves a bit of Pilates and Jack enjoys football and climbing. We have friends and family in London and enjoy spending time on the common, pub trips and seeing mates.

We are looking for someone who wants a quieter and relaxed living atmosphere and respects a clean and tidy space. We want the flat to feel like a home :)
