Hi,

I’m looking to rent out my room in a shared house as I am moving out. I am moving out July 20 and looking for someone to fill the room then.

You would be sharing with two other LGBT males. Harry (29) works as a professional nanny and John (33) works as a GP. Although we are social we often are out especially on weekends.

Not included in the above pictures is a downstairs office, and a second bathroom (although it’s only a toilet.) There is a dishwasher, washing machine, and coffee machine. TV has amazon prime, disney, and Netflix.

The house is directly opposite a Sainsbury and TESCO, located on the border of Clapham and Battersea. I will send the postcode when we message.

Clapham Common station and Clapham Junction is a 20 minute walk away, and Wandsworth Road station is about 15 mins. Also there are many buses connecting you to the city.

Rent is £1250 per month and bills vary between £50-150 on season

Not a party house, but social and looking for someone similar who would fit the vibe
