Hiya we are looking for someone to join our social 4 bed 2 bathroom flat from mid July.

You’ll be living with me and two very well behaved guys, all mid-late 20s working full time. We’ve all become great friends who like to socialise together whether it be at the pub or festivals or at home binge watching a series so we are looking for someone to join the fun.

💷 Rent is £975 a month and bills around £120 a month

🏠📍The flat is located between clapham commmon and battersea park with tubes (10 minute walk to clapham common and battersea power station tube stations), overground (10 minute walk to queenstown road and 5 minutes to wandsworth road station) and plenty of buses close by to get you anywhere you need.
The room is fully furnished with a closet, chest of draws and double bed.
The flat also fully equipped, with a lovely roof terrace. 2 bathrooms so only sharing with one other person
