Spacious Double Room with Private Bathroom in a Top Floor Flat

I’m looking for a new flatmate to take the second bedroom in my two-bedroom top floor flat.

The room is a spacious double with storage already in the room, plus a built-in wardrobe just outside, so there’s plenty of space for clothes and belongings. You’ll also have your own bathroom with a bath, meaning no sharing and no waiting around in the mornings.

The flat has a large open-plan kitchen and living area with two sets of skylights, so it gets plenty of natural light throughout the day. There’s also a wraparound balcony which is great when the weather is good and gives you plenty of outdoor space without leaving home.

A bit about me: I’m in my early 30s and work in live events, mainly across music, sport and large venues. The hours can be quite varied, so I’m often out working events and you’ll have the flat to yourself a reasonable amount of the time. I’m sociable and always happy for a chat or a drink, but equally respectful of people’s space and routines.

I’m looking for someone clean, considerate and easy to live with who wants somewhere comfortable to call home.

If you’re into live music or football, there may occasionally be a few bonuses that come my way and get shared around.

The move-in date is flexible, so I’m happy to work around notice periods and existing arrangements for the right person.
