Double Room Available in a Stunning 5-Bed House by Clapham Common

A spacious double room is available in a beautiful modern house just moments from Clapham Common and right next to a bus stop. The house is a 15-minute walk to Clapham Common Station and around 20 minutes to Clapham Junction.

The property is a large, bright, and modern 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom house with plenty of storage throughout. There’s an open-plan feel with lots of natural light, as well as a lovely garden complete with a pear tree.

The Housemates
You’ll be living with four friendly girls aged 25–26 who work in law and consulting, with a mix of office and working-from-home schedules. They enjoy reality TV, brunches, and the occasional drink together, while also respecting each other’s space.

The Room
• Unfurnished double room
• Plenty of space for a desk (I currently have one set up by the window)
• Bed available to purchase for £50 (originally bought for £100)
• Bills are approximately £100 per month

Availability
The room is available from 5th July, and you’ll need to be able to pay the deposit and start paying rent from that date. Some flexibility may be possible for the right person.
