Hi! We’re looking for a friendly, considerate housemate to join our home in Clapham South, with the room available from the end of the month.
📍 The Location
The flat couldn’t be better placed – directly opposite Clapham Common and just a 3-minute walk to Clapham South station (Northern Line), making commuting into central London super easy! There are plenty of cafés, pubs, shops and supermarkets all within walking distance.
🛏️ The Room
The room is small (see pictures) but perfectly formed! It has a lovely sash window in a beautiful period building. While it’s not huge, it’s ideal for someone who’s looking for a cosy place to come home to and lay their head, while making the most of the generous shared living spaces.
🏠 The Flat
The flat itself is much larger than the bedroom might suggest, with plenty of room to spread out.
• Large living room overlooking Clapham Common, complete with a sofa bed and a dedicated desk for anyone working from home. I work in the office five days a week and Chris works from his room, so the desk is generally yours to use.
• Spacious kitchen with plenty of cupboard and storage space.
• One shared bathroom - between all three housemates.
• Small spare room that’s perfect for visiting friends or family.
• Beautiful, well-maintained communal gardens at the back of the property.
• Off-street parking available in the residents’ car park at the front.
• The property also benefits from a gardener and a cleaner for the communal areas (including taking the bins out), all included at no extra cost. We also have a cleaner for inside the flat every other month, cost shared between us.

• Bills extra (Wandsworth council tax band E)
• Plus a contribution towards the bi-monthly cleaner
👋 Who You’ll Be Living With
You’ll be sharing with Liv (29), who works in travel, and Chris (31), an engineer.
We’re both busy professionals with our own jobs, friends and hobbies, so everyone has their own space, but we enjoy a chat over a cup of tea or dinner when our schedules line up. We like to keep the flat calm, tidy and respectful, and are looking for someone who’s on the same wavelength.
This isn’t a party house, but it is a genuinely friendly home where everyone enjoys each other’s company while respecting each other’s space.
