I’m looking for 1 new flatmate to join me in a lovely Clapham penthouse. I’ve lived here for the last 2 years and it's such a great space (the terrace is the main reason…see pics), but my friends are moving out so I’m on the hunt for someone new!

It’s a split-level flat, fully furnished, with bedrooms downstairs and a large open-plan kitchen/living/dining area upstairs leading onto the terrace. The terrace is honestly the highlight; amazing for summer drinks, tanning, watching the planes fly over, seeing the Shard light up at night, and the city views in the distance.

I’m Abbey, I'm 32, Scottish (from Glasgow), and work in procurement for an energy company. I’m outgoing, love exploring new places, meeting people, and a good pub trip; but I’m also very happy with a chilled night in on the XXL beanbag.

Cassie is 29, English, loves fitness and is a bundle of energy. We’re both chatty, friendly and looking for someone who wants to make the flat feel like home, not just somewhere to sleep. Cassie is also moving in late September to take over the other room that was available.

Ideally we're looking for someone around the ages of 28–34 who’s tidy, considerate, sociable and up for the occasional flat chat, dinner, drink or fun pub trip! If you also love a whatsapp sticker you're sooo in the right place. No couples though - sorry!
