Looking for 2 people to fill rooms as my wonderful current flatmates are moving out to buy their own places/leaving Clapham.

I’m a 28 year old working professional. We’ve been a pretty sociable flat, become good friends, liked to go out on the weekends together sometimes and mixed friendship groups so looking for something similar. Busy at work through the week but like to chill at home/gym in the evenings.

Room 1 details (upstairs):

- £887 per month

- ⁠Bills are around £150 on top of rent

- Furnished includes 1 x bed, 1 x desk with two cupboards and 1 wardrobe

- Shared bathroom (bath and shower) with me

- 8 min walk to Clapham Junction station, close to lots of shops/restaurants and parks

- ⁠Move in date: end of August TBC

Room 2 details (downstairs):

- £867 per month

- ⁠Bills are around £150 on top of rent

- Furnished includes 1 x bed, 1 x desk, 1 x wardrobe, 1 x chest of drawers, 1 x bedside table, 1 x shoe rack, and the long table at the front of the bed

- Ensuite bathroom (shower and bath)

- 8 min walk to Clapham Junction station, close to lots of shops/restaurants and parks

- ⁠Move in date: mid September TBC

Looking for people who want to join a household for more than just a flat and a space to stay. At the same time totally value each other’s space and privacy.
