I’m relocating abroad, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our lovely home.

📍 Northcote Road – only a 7-minute walk to Clapham Junction Station, surrounded by amazing cafés, restaurants, gyms, and shops. It’s honestly one of the best areas to live in London.

• £935 security deposit
• Available from 15th August
• Rolling contract – if you ever decide to move, you simply need to find a replacement tenant.

You’ll be living with my lovely friend Paola (37). She’s a working professional who is kind, respectful, tidy and easy to live with. She’s looking for someone similar—someone clean, considerate and respectful of shared spaces. It’s definitely not a party house, but a calm, cosy and friendly home.

Honestly, I think it’s a fantastic find for this location and size in London, and I’d love to find the right person to replace me.
