Bright double room next to Clapham Common

Hello! Our lovely flatmate Michaela is moving out to live with her sister and we are looking for someone to take over her room. It’s a cosy double room with plenty of light from the large window, and overlooks the back of the house so it’s very quiet facing away from the street.

We are Hazel and Lottie, we both work in the office full-time so have busy lives but do like to catch up over dinner or some drinks when we can. It would be great to find someone to join us who is equally happy to hang out as a flat from time to time, but also has their own routine.

You would be sharing the bathroom with Lottie only, as I (Hazel) have an en suite. Our kitchen has a good sized dining table for social dinners 🙂 The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils and appliances so you only need to bring yourself.

The bedroom is part furnished, with a double bed frame, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is enough space for a desk if you need to wfh. You will need your own mattress as this doesn’t come with the room.

Bills are not included and vary a little but usually come to around £100 each month, sometimes less in the summer when we don’t need the heating on ☀️

In terms of location we are spoiled by having Clapham Common on our doorstep, and we are close to both Clapham Junction station and the northern line stations. There are so many restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets all within walking distance.
