About us:

Our flatmate Jon has been offered a new job out of London, so we are looking for someone to join our flat.

* We are three working professionals in our mid 20s: Nathan (M), Niamh (F), Jake (M).
* We all met doing theatre at university, occasionally host friends for games nights or dinners, and some of us are currently learning to play tennis.
* We’re a household that values having a clean, quiet and respectful home. Never any pressure to hang out if you just need somewhere to decompress after work.
* Some of us WFH for parts of the week, others work shift patterns.

We’re looking for someone who is:

* A non-smoker
* Looking for a peaceful home rather than a party house
