- General info: 3 people, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room-kitchen, 1 guest room (so we can invite friends and family every now and then).
Room 1 (white furniture): £960
Room 2 (dark furniture), much bigger: £1110
+ 1 Month deposit
+ Bills: £125-169 (colder months).
(This includes ctax, wifi, energy and water bills).
Both fully furnished, with desk + chair if wfh.
- Location: 5 min walk from Clapham Common, 6 min from Wandsworth Road overground, 12 min walk from Clapham Common Northern Line, 20 min walk from Battersea Park, 25 min walk from Clapham Junction.
- Dates: Both available from the 8th of September, but flexible to move slightly later. Ideally not later than the 15th of September.
- Me: I'm Patri, I'm 34 and I work office job full time. I've been living in the house for a few years now. I'm up for making plans together sometimes like watching tv or dinners but I also really value my own time and have other hobbies outside the house: gym, volleyball, music...
You: I'd love someone who I can get on with, clean, tidy and respectful with the house, and ideally around the same age bracket. We've been having cleaning rotas and sharing the cleaning responsability.
