I'm looking for someone to take over my room as I'm sadly moving out at the end of August.

The flat is in a fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk from Clapham Common and within walking distance of Tesco, Aldi, Sainsbury's, as well as plenty of great cafés and pubs.

The room is bright, gets lots of natural light throughout the day and comes fully furnished. The flat has a separate toilet and bathroom, which you'll share with just two other girls.
You'll be living with 2 very lovely girls (aged 26–27), both working professionals. We have a relaxed, respectful home where everyone enjoys socialising from time to time while also appreciating their own space.

We're ideally looking for a girl who's clean, friendly, respectful and looking for a long-term home. Ideally, you'll be a working professional aged 24–28 (no students, please), work from the office most of the week (as the room isn't suitable for working from home) and earn at least £30,000 per year or have a guarantor to meet the referencing requirements.
