Moving out in one month so looking for someone to replace me in a gorgeous 3 bed in Clapham South opposite the Common (2min walk!)
Please note that we are looking for someone to move in from 19th of September (you will be starting this contract from that date.)
I am flexible with the key handover being a few days before or after the 19th given I will be leaving on the 15th.
Landlord rents with us privately and is really nice and very easy, never had any issues.

Rent is non negotiable and split fairly, bills come to approximately £100.
