The flat is super homely with an open plan kitchen, dining and living room, shared bathroom with a huge walk in shower and an amazing roof top terrace.

Rent is £1325pm and bills are usually around £100. Deposit is £1470. Rent is due on the 28th of every month and both payments have to be made before you move in (you pay the rent for November in October).

The location is amazing with Clapham Common just at the end of the road, a 7 min walk to Clapham South and walking distance to Clapham junction. There is a huge Tesco nearby and Northcote Road, Clapham high street and Balham are all walking distance from the flat.

I am moving out on 28th October, so I am looking for someone to take over my room from that day.

You will live with Stacey who is a 29 year old Australian female working in marketing for a restaurant company. She is super friendly, social and easy to get along with. She enjoys cooking, going to the gym and trying new places for dinner/ drinks.
