The Room: Furnished, double bed frame without mattress, chest of drawers, large hanging wardrobe with storage on top, extra shelves, a feature fireplace

The House: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms total (one en-suite in another bedroom, and one loo room, downstairs) very spacious, and feels like a proper home

Location: Not far from Lavender Hill, around 15 minute walk to both Clapham Junction and Clapham Common, a residential road and well connected.

About us: You’ll be living with Yasmin (Aussie) and Juliet (British). We originally met as housemates and are now good friends, so we’d love to find someone who fits naturally into the house too. We’re both friendly, social, clean and easygoing. We love getting out and exploring London, whether that’s a drink at the pub, a picnic when the sun’s out or dinner out.

About You: We’re looking for someone who is:
* Ideally aged 27–34
* Male or female
* Friendly, social and easygoing
* Clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces
* Working outside of the house most days. Some WFH is absolutely fine, but no full-time WFH please. (There is no room for a desk in the bedroom)
* Non-smoker
* No couples

Viewings: We’ll be doing in-person viewings on 4th, 5th and 6th September, or during the evening w/c 7th September as we're both in office all week.
