Room available in a spacious, relaxed Clapham flat

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our friendly flat in Clapham. The flat is spacious, comfortable and has a really relaxed atmosphere - somewhere that feels like a home rather than just a place to sleep.

We’ve both lived with girls and boys so no preference just looking for the right personality fit.

There are currently two of us living here: one works in the creative world and the other in the City. We’re both professionals with our own lives, but we’re sociable and enjoy hanging out, having a drink, watching sport or heading out when the mood takes us.

We’re looking for someone with a similar vibe, ideally a professional who’s chilled, sociable and easy to live with. Someone who enjoys sport and being active would fit in well, but most importantly we’re after someone friendly who wants a good balance between doing their own thing and being part of the flat.
