The flat suits someone around mid 30s. I used to work in marketing and retrained as an actor. Looking for someone who is fun whilst appreciates the flat is a home. To share a glass of wine with dinner, watch a movie and chill from time to time. A sociable house but not a party house. I have a busy work & social life so someone who has a lot of interests too. I'm out a lot.

The flat is 5 mins by bus to Clapham Common or 12-15 minute walk (or a walk or short bus ride to Clapham Junction as well as buses into central.)

I have a flat screen TV in the lounge now for those wondering as it's an picture:-). I like gastro pubs, dinner with friends, comedy gigs, long walks, supper clubs & exploring. So if my flat is what you are looking for then email me about yourself.
