6-10 Months+ Clapham

Hello,

We are looking for a gay/gay friendly flatmate to rent a double room in Clapham for at least six months - preferably longer.

Prefer non-smoker, and no hard drug/Tina users please. It's NOT a party flat.

The room has a double bed (new since photo taken & new mattress), chest of drawers, shelves, bedside table/drawers, Sky TV, electric and central gas heating, window onto back garden and mirrored wardrobe.

The apartment is a five minute walk from Clapham North tube, and close to Clapham High Street (many bars, restaurants and shops), several gyms, big Sainsbury's, easy bus links to city (including night buses). Also very close to Clapham High Street station and the open space of Clapham Common.

The flat has all mod cons, including gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dryer, central gas heating, Sky TV, unlimited fast Wifi and weekly cleaner.

There are 3 bedrooms, and you'll be sharing the flat with 2 British gay professional guys in their 30s. Looking for a like minded flatmate to move in. There is no separate lounge room, however the kitchen/living area is big, and has dining table/chairs, sofa and Sky TV.

There is a separate utility room with washing machine and dryer. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower.

I'm renting my room out as I'll be overseas until around September 2026. I'll leave some of my personal belongings in the room - but there will be plenty of room for you. If you're interested to stay in the room beyond September - I'm sure we could come to an agreement as I only return for a few weeks.

The rent is 775 per month, plus 100 per month for all bills (except phone). One month deposit is required.
