You will be sharing the flat with working two professionals 24 + 29 year old male. Looking ideally for someone of similar age and with a job with regular hours.

The transport links are great with Clapham Common tube station and Clapham Junction train station both a 15 min walk away. The 77 bus across the road goes to Waterloo, via Vauxhall, in twenty-five minutes.

The rent is £850 and then we all pay £105 each a month for bills, which covers Virgin TV with Sky Sports, 200mb Broadband, gas + electricity, water, council tax and a weekly cleaner. Deposit is £850.
