The Flat
The flat is a spacious ground floor flat with access to a big garden where we have BBQs in the summer. It has a large living room which is separate to the large kitchen come dining area. There is a separate toilet to the bathroom where the shower has really good water pressure and a bath for after those stressful days at work! We have all the regular white goods such as dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer and big fridge freezer. We also have a storage room.

The Room
The room is a massive double room, with two triple wardrobes, chest of drawers, bed side cabinets and full length mirror. There is an original decorative fireplace which adds lovely character to the room. The view is on to the back garden and is really quiet.

The Tenants
You would be sharing with two other professionals. A girl and a guy. We are friendly and fun people and sometimes socialise together but don't live in each others pockets. We use the flat as our home (i. e. as opposed to just a place to sleep). We are happy to keep clear of the dining or living room if you wish to entertain your own friends. We get on with all our neighbours (there are five other flats in the mansion).

The Location
We are on Abbeville Road, right opposite Newtons, 2 minute walk to Sainburys Local, restaurants, cafes, shops, off licence, The Abbeville (pub), take outs, dry cleaners... 5 minute walk to Clapham South Tube. 10 minute walk to Clapham Common Tube or buses to town (345 and 88), 2 minute walk to bus stop (155 and 50).

The Rent
£1, 150 a month (this includes all bills including a cleaner twice a month)

The room will be available from 1 June.

Viewing
You can be a couple or a single professional (male or female) in your 30s.

We're doing viewings on Monday, 28 April from 7pm and Wednesday 30 April from 7pm.
