The room has original real wood solid flooring, solid wood furniture including a double bed, 2 door wardrobe, drawers, sofa, desk, office chair and, 40" TV with Apple TV.

Windows are double glazed and have just been replaced.

2 min walk to Wandsworth Road Overground station which will get you to Clapham Junction or Canary Wharf. 8 min walk to Clapham North tube station which will get you to Bank or Waterloo in less than 15 minutes.

Fast direct buses to Clapham Junction and Central London. Night bus 77 and 87 get you to Trafalgar Square and Waterloo in 20 minutes.

Close to bars, restaurants and shops on Clapham High Street and Clapham Junction. Clapham Old Town is a 5 minute walk away with lots of bars, pubs and Sainsburys.

Street parking permits available through Lambeth Council.
