Hi, i have studio coming up in mid June for a professional female that works 5 days per week and doesnt mind sharing with another female.

I want to rent out from June till September.

It will only suit someone used to sharing already as this is one space with separate beds, wardrobes etc.

The bills include everything plus fibre-optic superfast broadband and cleaner once a week.

The room comes with shared kitchen, bathroom and garden.

We have Sainsbury, Tesco, Post office, Doctors, transport only 3 minutes away from the house.

The house is in a very quiet area so will suit someone that prefers quiet living.
