Please note: the double bedroom and ensuite come with your own private sitting room at the top of the house, overlooking the garden and back of the house.

Situated in a quiet residential street of Victorian houses between the Commons, the shops, cafes and restaurants of Northcote Road are at one end of the road and Wandsworth Common is at the other. It’s a ten-minute walk to Clapham Junction for trains to Waterloo, Victoria and the London Overground. The 319 bus from the end of the road goes to the Kings Road and Sloane Square.

The large double bedroom and bathroom are kept in immaculate order and decorated to a high standard. They are positioned with great privacy, along with the private sitting room, at the very top of the house.

With white walls and cream carpet, the bedroom has a range of modern and matching furniture in white and cream and the bed is king size. There's also a French door with a Juliet balcony overlooking the rooftops and gardens below.

The rooms are furnished and come with built in wardrobe, built in units and sofa - plus a range of chests of drawers and smaller items of furniture which are optional.

The ensuite bathroom next door to the bedroom is tiled entirely in cream with a large modern shower and handbasin unit, a large mirror, and is also painted white.

The sitting room has a small fireplace, sofa, additional shelving, chest of drawers and TV.
