Hi,

We are a couple who are looking for friendly, trustworthy, respectful individual.

THE FLAT:
This is reasonably new build (just over 10yrs old) spacious two bedroom flat. Great size living, kitchen is separate from living room. Flat is fully furnished and fitted with all equipment.

THE BEDROOM:
The bedroom is a decent size (4m x 3m) with en suite bathroom and access to the balcony overlooking green space.
The room comes furnished with double bed, built-in cupboards, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

TUBE (ALL ZONE 2):
Northern Line:
Clapham South (0.6 miles)
Clapham Common (0.7 miles)
Victoria Line - Brixton (1.2 miles)

There is good connection to central London (it takes me 35-40 min door to door to get to Oxford Circus.
Nearest tube stations is Clapham South 10-12 min walk.
Clapham Common is 15min walk or faster by bus.

Brixton 8 min by bus or lime bike. Bus stop is 3 min from the flat with couple of busses going to Clapham Common 417, 137, one to Brixton (355).

GOOD NIGHT BUS CONNECTION AS WELL:
One night bus direct connection (bus N137 bus stop as above) from Oxford Circus via Marble Arch, Hide Park Corner, Knightsbridge, Sloane Square, Battersea.
You can also use bus 155 at night (from Traffalgar Sq) which takes you to Clapham South in 35min.

AMENITIES:
-There is Sainsbury's local 3 min from the flat, large Tesco - 10 min walk, Lidl or large Sainsbury's within few min by bus.
-There is Anytime 24h GYM 3 min from the flat.
