Very large double room - Couples welcome!

We are four young professionals living in a lovely modern house in Clapham South. We have a large furnished double room available from Saturday 15th November 2014 and are looking for a couple or a single female to move in.

The room is £810 per month + bills (power, water, council tax, sky etc)

There are currently three male housemates and one female and we have been living here for one year. We are looking for housemates who enjoy socialising and making the most of living in London but also enjoy a night in. We would like people who are clean, tidy and considerate.

The house has all mod cons including washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, WiFi(fibre) and Sky TV (including Sports). There is a shared bathroom for the double and 2 single rooms, and a toilet downstairs.

It's in a great location with a bus stop just outside linking to Brixton, Balham and Central, and is a short walk to Clapham South tube station (on the Northern Line).
