SW12: Beautiful, very large comfortable room

Newly-decorated, fully furnished, very large double room available in our family home near Clapham South tube to suit a non-smoking professional. We are about 7 minutes' walk from Clapham South and around 10 from Balham tube and mainline station.

Available for longer-term but potentially alternatively for a 2-month summer stay of July-August, which could suit if you’re new to London.

We're looking for someone who goes out to work as opposed to being a home/hybrid worker, and who is fairly quiet and independent when they're at home. Ideally you'd go away from time to time at weekends. We have two friendly children who won't disturb you in your room.

The large, quiet room comes with a double bed (bedding can be provided), table, TV, and wardrobe. The house itself is decorated to a very high standard and has all mod cons including wireless broadband.

We are situated on a lovely, quiet, tree-lined residential road with easy access to all the local commons and fantastic local facilities including many shops, bars and restaurants, gyms etc...
