The location is on a quiet residential street just off the high street (Voltaire Road) and a couple mins walk from Clapham Common/Clapham North tube. Also a stone's throw away from Clapham Common & few doors down for the leisure centre.
House is 3 bedrooms in total and has lots of space with a large kitchen, sitting/dining room and study. Rent is £875 pcm including all bills/council tax except for gas and electricity.
