Urgent Flatmate - £592 Double Clapham

URGENT, this room is available from 30th JANUARY 2017. VIEWINGS TO TAKE PLACE ON 16th January due to someone dropping out last minute.

ABOUT US:

We are two professional females, Samantha is 24 and works in Events and I am 26 and work in Recruitment. Due to work commitments we are both pretty busy in the week however we tend to spend weekends in the flat exploring London.

Sam and I met on Spare room last year and get on really well. We both have our own separate lives but occasionally socialise and enjoy gyming, drinks in Clapham and eating out.

We are looking for a friendly TIDY housemate to move in at the end of January to July 2017 when our contract ends.

THE ROOM:

The room is quite compact but has a double bed and excellent storage. The room has a built in wardrobe and shelving and comes with full length mirror and a chest of drawers.

THE FLAT:

Is cute and cosy and has lots of charm. There is a lounge/dining room, a decent sized kitchen and a pretty large bathroom with a shower, bath and heated floors. There is also a really nice garden which is great for socialising/BBQ's in the summer.

LOCATION:

The flat is in an IDEAL location situated just a 12 minute walk from Clapham Common (and almost counts as Clapham Old Town), a 5 minute walk from Wandsworth Road overground and less than a 10 minute bus from Clapham Junction and Vauxhall. There is also a bus stop outside our house which has a night bus in and out of Central London.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

A fun, friendly, sociable and tidy (this is a must) professional housemate who wants a home as opposed to a student pad!

The deposit for the flat is around £900 each plus agency fee's and this needs to be paid immediately.
