My name's Tamara, I'm a 35yo female. My flatmate is sadly moving out of our gorgeous flatshare in Clapham in mid Aug (slightly flexible on that). The flat really is a lovely place that we've made a home - relaxed, tidy, calm. It's a split level flat with a dining room and a small garden. If I'm not out for dinner etc of a weekday eve then I normally head out to exercise before coming home to crash in front of the TV (wine and chatting are often a part of that!). Happy to have people around for dinner sometimes. I'm normally away 1 weekend per month, otherwise up for any suggestions. Taking the room would mean coming in on a tenancy managed by agents so there would be some fees BUT there are benefits as well. Anyway, if you think it sounds right for you drop me a line. Thanks
