Description
This is a fantastic and very spacious double room just off the High street, with the best transport links. It is newly refurbished to a high standard. You also are the only room with it's own sofa! There is also a cleaner every thursday and communal pots, pans and utensils that we as a house bought to share.
The room is very large compared to most of the "standard doubles" I've seen, and the biggest in the whole house. It has large double glazed windows, and for the colder months/nights is easily the warmest room.
The landlords are extrememly helpful. The original washing machine broke down and we had a brand new installed not soon after.
There is incredibly fast wifi - letting you download movies/tv shows in mere moments (and I literally mean moments) It's perfect for skyping and holding business related conferences as the line is never broken, even with Skype.
There is a TV port in the room, allowing for free-to-air access and an already existing TV licence, meaning you're free to use it at your pleasure.
I have lived in this room with another person and there is easily enough spare for the both of us and great storage on top of that.
Bills are included, and the price is incredibly great value at 200 pw, which when split between two becomes even better.
There is a sainsburys local not too far away - a two minute walk - and then a big sainsbury's further up the road - a five minute walk. You are right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Clapham high street, but also far enough away that the noise doesn't reach you. There is a gym across the round, and pub as well.
You really don't want to miss out on this fabulous place!
