3 Rooms available VERY close to Clapham North tube

There are 3 rooms available in our house in Clapham North, which is a short walk from Clapham Common and is situated practically on the High Street. It is also only 10 minutes walk from Brixton.

It takes only a couple of minutes to get to Clapham North tube and the same with Clapham High Street overground.

Plenty of bars and shops near by, very cheap for location. Infact there is a Red Dog at the end of our road. So choice for restaurants, bars and pubs is great.

Existing housemates are 2 young male professionals in their twenties looking for easy going housemates who are also in their twenties.

The house has two bathrooms and five bedrooms. The rooms which are available are

Two small doubles
And one large double.

The house has two bathrooms and a very large living room. TV & Wifi.

We also have a fairly large garden with table & chairs.

We are looking for people to move in by the 7th of August. If you would like to move in then you WILL need to have a months rent AND the deposit(6 weeks rent) available in able for us to hand over the keys.
