Great room with fantastic housemates

A fantastic double room in a Victorian terrace between Clapham and Brixton with cracking housemates.
The room comes as seen in the photos except the desk and chair which I will be taking with me. The window backs onto our patio area and the room is very quiet from any noise.

The house has high ceilings, two bathrooms, a living room, dining room that leads onto the patio area with a brick bbq which is great in the summer months. There is plenty of space.

The housemates are all hard working professionals in the creative and fashion industries. The house has a homely feel and everyone contributes to that. We want the new housemate to fit in with the current vibe, rather than taking on someone who we will never see!

Bills are usually another £60-80 extra depending on the time of year.
