Double room available for a couple in luxurious house share

Hi everyone,

We have found the most amazing house in Clapham and all we are missing is an equally amazing couple to take the master ensuite room.

The room is beautiful, very spacious and covers the whole third floor of the house so it's very private.

The house is a beautiful extended Victorian house just off Abbeville road. It comprises of 4 floors, spacious wine cellar, double reception room, utility, beautiful spacious kitchen/dining with under floor heating. There are five bathrooms/toilets in total! Just to top it off it has a stunning garden and an in house sound system. It really is the perfect house for entertaining and that's why we fell in love with.
You would be sharing with 3 sociable and friendly girls (Irish, Australian and English) in their mid 20s who all work mon-fri 9-5. We love entertaining, having dinner parties, exercising and exploring London.
We really want a social house and definitely keen for shared dinners, cheese and wine nights and nights out around Clapham.

Location wise it's perfect, centred in The heart if Abbeville village where there are loads of cafes and bars and its about a 10 min walk to Clapham high st and Clapham common and south tubes.

Its available at the beginning of sep and ideally we would like a couple in their 20s or 30s who are also looking for a sociable home. We would consider singles or room shares.
