The flat is situated in between Brixton and Clapham on a quiet residential street - which has plenty of parking if you need.
In less than 5 minutes you can be amongst the hustle and bustle of two awesome areas - each with their own individualities. You have easy access to the Victoria line (which is amazing for the daily commute in to the city) and the Northern line. There are also plenty of bus stops within easy reach.
The flat is pretty huge. There's a kitchen, dining area, living room, bathroom and even a garden; which is perfect for summer BBQs.
The rent is £750 per month with bills on top:
Council Tax - £60
Water - £30
Gas/Electricity - Approx. £30 (depends on what you use)
Broadband - £13. 25
There are also agency fee's of £150 to be paid upon signing the new contract. Couples will need to pay this fee each.

She works in fashion and has really invested in this flat; it really is home. She's warm, welcoming, social and friendly and always up for meeting new people. She also has a cute little french bulldog, Sebastian.
The earliest you can move in is the 1st November. Rent is already paid until the 5th November.
