I'm looking for a new tenant to join me in my Clapham flat.

The flat is in a fantastic location; just 3 minutes from the vibrant Clapham High Street and a 5 minute walk from 3 stations; Clapham North, Common and High Street Rail. The beautiful common itself is just a short stroll away and the nearest pub is 25 paces away (yes, we’ve counted).

It’s a 3-bedroom flatshare with a friendly and laid-back atmosphere. I've been renting here a few years, and my other current flatmate has been here a few months.

It's a double room, good sized, with plenty of drawer and shelf space.

The basic rent is £600 plus £100 for bills, so the all-in price is £700 per month. This is with ALL BILLS included in the price; gas, water, tv licence, internet, electricity, council tax.

There's no contract to be tied down to; all I ask is for a £250 deposit up front which you will get back when you move out.

The flat has all the amenities you’d expect plus a little balcony and massive shower.

Move in date is Sun 16th November.
