You will be living with two professional females. Both have independent busy lives but like to come home have a chat, maybe a glass of wine and chill.

The flat is in an estate so this is why the rent is so cheap, please bear this in mind when replying to the ad. Clapham South is the nearest tube station about 9min walk. Balham is really close where there is national rail to Clapham Junction. Plus outside the estate there is are really good bus connections.
