We have a double room to rent in a lovely 4 bedroom house in Clapham. The house is really well connected to both Clapham Common and Clapham Junction which are 10/15 minutes walk away. There are good bus links 2 minutes from the house. Wandsworth Road station is 5 minutes walk away, and Queenstown Road station about 10/15 minutes walk.

The room is fully furnished and the house is very clean and well maintained. The room is a little on the cosy side, therefore there's additional storage space outside the room for the occupant to use. The house has a main bathroom with a bath/ shower, as well as a separate shower room.

The room will be available available from 17th December at £575 per calendar month plus deposit. Our bills average at approx £40 each/month.

A bit about us: We are two girls and one guy and aged 26 - 28. (two teachers / 1 in banking) We're all very easy going and friendly, and overall it's a very chilled out house! Please let us know if you have any questions or would like to take a look at the room.
