Beautiful 2 bed flat between Clapham north and Brixton tube

I am really sad to be leaving this beautiful home. However due to work I have to make the big move north of the river.

You would be sharing with Laura, 26 who works in advertising. She is amazing, a lot of fun and always up for a mid week dinner/ drink and around most weekends.

The flat is actually 2. 5 bed. So there is a lot of storage space. A beautiful lounge and kitchen.

Clapham north station is approx 8mins walk away and Brixton tube 10mins. So amazingly convenient.

Bills are about £70 p/m
There is sky and broadband

The flat is available from the 4th Dec.

Deposit is 6 weeks rent through an agency.

We are looking for someone clean/tidy and friendly.
