Females preferred. small single room with a single bed available to move into immediately. All bills and wifi included in the rent, fully furnished, with wardrobe, 2 large chest of drawers, available to rent to move in from 5th January. No DSS or smokers. We have 2 toilets and fridges/freezers. There is a large garden and separate heaters in all the rooms

The house is in a fab location close to all amenities such as Asda, Tesco, Sainsbury. The nearest tube station is Clapham Common (10 min walk) and a short bus ride away from Vauxhall or Clapham Junction Station. Buses 87, 77 and 452 stops just outside the house.

This house is probably not suitable for someone who is searching for a lively household it is more suited to someone who prefers a bit of peace and quiet, it is a friendly, all female household and we respect everyone's privacy.

There is a 2 week deposit in advance along with 1 month's rent. Rent includes all bills and wifi Internet.

Due to work commitments VIEWING TIMES are as follows:
mornings mon-wed from 9am up until 11am.. Thurs up until 2.30 pm .. all day Friday and Saturday and Sunday evenings after 6 only.
