The cellar also accommodates the washing machine and tumble dryer.
The flat is perfect for accessing both Clapham and Brixton and has amazing transport links. The Northern Line, Victoria Line and London Overground are all minutes away.
I am looking for a new flatmate: MON-FRI let. Rent is 500£ per month plus some bills.
If you have a car, parking is free week days after 5. 30, all day Saturday and Sunday.
