Friendly flat near Clapham North

I've got one large room spare in a beautiful Victorian conversion flat a short walk away from Clapham North, Clapham High Street and Stockwell stations.

The room has built in storage and lots of space and the kitchen/living room, bathroom and second toilet are all light, airy and modern.

As for myself, I'm an outgoing and friendly PR consultant working in Shoreditch.

I can work pretty long hours some days but I manage to be around enough to be sociable. I'd like a flatmate who is similarly independent but happy to hang out over dinner or a drink some evenings.

Interests include good music and films and am always happy to grab a coffee or go for a trip to the pub.
