Is about 5 mins away from Clapham Common.

We are right beside the very desirable Abbeville Road which has lots of great restaurants and a Sainsbury's local and Co-op.

There is a very large Tesco 5 mins away beside the Tube station.

The 50 bus stops right outside and the 155/N155 stops just up the road.

Bills:

Bill are NOT included but work out no more than about £50-£70 a month - sometimes less.
