One of our housemates are moving out at the end of this month and we're looking for a replacement for our fun and friendly house.
The property is located a couple of minutes walk from Clapham Common and we are a 10 minute walk to Clapham Common and a 10 minute walk to clapham Junction tube station.
The house has a spacious modern kitchen, large sized living room and modern bathroom. We also have a patio/garden area, which is used in the summer for the odd BBQ.
Your double room really large and fully furnished with a few wardrobes, desk and drawers for storage..
We are all professionals in our 20's working around London. Everyone in the house gets on well and we do socialise together at the weekends.
Bills come to around £110 per month
We are looking for someone to move in from the 27th of April - viewings are going to be held Saturday the 26th. Please drop me a message if you are interested in having a look round.
