I have a lovely, large and light double room in a 2-bedroom apartment available as from Saturday 9th November.
The flat is on a quiet street just off of Abbeville Road and is about a 10-minute walk from Clapham Common tube. You can also reach Brixton station in about 5 minutes with the bus.
The room is furnished with a double “storage” bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside table but there's definitely room for you to bring your own bits and pieces to make it feel more homely.
There are two bathrooms in the flat. The main bathroom has a bath with a shower and my room has an ensuite with a shower. This means you would have the main bathroom to yourself.
There is also an open plan kitchen/living area, a private balcony and a communal garden. The flat is fully furnished with a washer-dryer, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and intercom.
Housemate-wise, I am looking for someone who is easy-going, friendly and a professional. The room would most suit anyone looking for a relaxed flat share.
A little about me… I (Vicky, 30) work in the property world. I like to think of myself as being easy-going and laid back. I lead busy a busy life Monday to Friday so like to relax when I am at home.
Although I am technically the landlady I don’t see myself like that apart from when problems crop up that need fixing quickly.

BILLS: £100 PCM - council tax, gas, electricity, water, broadband, tv licence
