The flat is newly decorated and fully furnished with a really sociable communal area. The room for rent is available from end of July and is a lovely, light large double bedroom. The rent is £850 per month :)
The bills come to £120 per month for sky TV, broadband, council tax, cleaning and the usual utilities., but there is the option to stop the sky or broadband, depending on what you collectively want to do. The boiler is new so it is cosy warm and cheap to run. We have a brand new washer dryer, so no more worrying about how to get your clothes dry in a flat!
We have the option of a cleaner who is happy to visit once a week , or a fortnight, as required, so the flat is always nice and clean. The tenants have always been super clean and tidy themselves and we would like to keep it that way.

It is in a perfect location - we are super close to all the restaurants, shops and gyms on the high street and 3 mins walk to Clapham North tube

The third tenant has lived happily in the flat for 2 years now and she is a young professional and so we are ideally looking for two new flatmates who are similar and who are relaxed, sociable and keen to become friends rather than just a housemate! Ideally we would like the two new housemates to approve each other and the existing tenant to approve both the new girls - that is how we have always operated and it has been very successful with everyone very happy (One of the tenants has lived in the flat for 4 years and is only moving out as she has bought a place of her own!)
