A double rooms for a female in Clapham South

Hello!

Our housemate is relocating overseas so we have a double bedroom available for rent from Saturday 27th of July. We are looking for a female (sorry guys, but we wish to keep an equal balance in the house!).

The House:
- 6 bedroom, 3 floor, fully furnished house which is light, airy & spacious (so we're never in each other's way because it is huge)
- located on a quiet leafy street within 5 minutes' walk of Clapham South tube station (Northern Line, Zone 2) & with Clapham Common at the end of the road
- has modern kitchen equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hobs, a microwave, plenty of storage space & a large dining table with chairs
- there are 2 communal bathrooms both with bath, shower & toilet (we've never had any queues so far, thankfully)
- our lounge is large with a TV & enough seating to fit everyone in comfortably
- there is wi-fi broadband available throughout the house
- the garden is a great size for BBQs (weather permitting) & is furnished for socialising & sunbathing
- parking is available on the street (a permit is required)
- we're situated close to local amenities with a large Tesco, 2 Sainsbury's and a Marks & Spencer Food less than a 5 minute walk away
- Abbeville Road is also a 2 minute stroll away

The Room Available:
Room 1 - Available 27th July
- Rent £731 pcm (deposit £830)
- Medium size, double bedroom located on the first floor & at the back of the house
- furnished with a 'built-in' wardrobe with mirror on the inside, chest of drawers & a double bed with storage space underneath.

The Bills:
- weekly cleaner is £44 which we each pay in rotation (so we each only pay this once every 6 weeks)
- council tax, phone & internet come to approx £40 per month
- Water, gas and electricity are paid quarterly & vary depending on usage and season

The Current Housemates:
- You'll be living with 4 other people (6 housemates in total) a mix of English, Scottish and Irish
- working in law, engineering and design, so all professionals.

- We're neat, tidy & mindful of each other's privacy, but are all sociable too, although as there are 6 of us it can be quite hard getting all of us together at one time. We generally catch up when we can, whether it's at home watching trashy TV or going out for a couple of drinks. We are all relaxed and are easy going. If you are a person who wants to hide everyday in your room and not integrate then this is probably not the place for you.

The New Housemate:
- A girl aged between 28 and 35, who is friendly, easy going, clean & tidy
