Sunny furnished ensuite double room in Clapham

I have a lovely sunny, bright double ensuite bedroom for rent from the 1 Feb. It is furnished, all you need is your own bedding, bedlinen and wash basket. We are close to all the Clapham tube stations on the Northern Line, 10 minutes on a bus, 20 to 25 minutes to walk. alternatively you can walk to Brixton in the same time or by bus in 10 minutes also which is on the Victoria Line. We are off Kings avenue in a block of flats.
We have a convenient Sainsburys underneath our block. The flat has lift access as we are on the 5th floor. The room has a shared balcony. The bathroom is ensuite and private.
We have sky, Netflix and Amazon prime on the TV. There is broadband in the flat. All bills are included.
The kitchen has an electric hob and cooker, no microwave. There is a washing machine.
We have a cleaner once a week who will come into the room and clean the bathroom and hoover.
I am very friendly and warm hearted. I teach yoga twice a week and host a life drawing class on Brixton Hill if that is of interest to you. I work from home but I have an office in the flat I use for that.
