Lovely double room

There are 2 girls and 1 guy living in this lovely, spacious house in a quiet location just off the high street. We are looking for someone who is friendly but not a party animal (at least not in the house).

The room has a double bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

The house has 2 full bathrooms and lots of original features. There is also a small but sunny garden. A lovely cleaner comes once a week.

All bills are included - broadband, cleaner, council tax, gas, electricity, water, window cleaner etc).

The location is great, close to the tube and Clapham High Street and a few minutes walk from Clapham Common.

We are looking for a friendly person who respects other people's space. It is important that you are clean and tidy. Preference is for someone who doesn't work from home
