Lovely double room

There are 2 guys and 1 girl living in the house. We are looking for someone who is friendly but not a party animal (at least not in the house).

The house is very spacious and the room has a double bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

The house has 2 full bathrooms and a lots of original features. There is also a small but sunny garden. A lovely cleaner comes once a week.

All bills are included - Broadband, cable TV, cleaner once a week, council tax, gas etc).

The location is great, close to the tube and Clapham High Street and a few minutes walk from Clapham Common.
